Cigar City Realty is a full service real estate brokerage based in Tampa and serving all of Tampa Bay, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties. The brokerage is led by Luis Charbonier, Broker and Owner, Florida License BK3336438.

A large share of our work involves situations that need more than a sign in the yard: probate and estate sales, pre-foreclosure and short sales, partition actions, inherited property, and homes that need work.
