Our agents sell homes across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties, and they plug into deal flow most brokerages never see: probate and estate sales, pre-foreclosure listings, expired listings, property management, and investor deals through our affiliated home buying company.
If you are tired of desk fees, franchise fees, and a broker you can never reach, look at the two plans below. They are the whole deal, in writing, with nothing hiding behind them.
Choose your plan
Plan A: Flat
$1,000 per year. No commission splits. No transaction fees. You keep what you earn, and your cost for the year is fixed and known on day one.
Plan B: Split to Cap
80/20 split until you reach a $5,000 cap, then 100% for the rest of the year, minus a $350 transaction fee per closing.
Company Leads
Leads the company generates and hands to you close at a 50/50 split. Our lead engines run every week: foreclosure, probate, expired listing, and website buyer leads across Tampa Bay.
What you get here
A broker who answers his phone and works deals alongside you. Access to probate, estate, and pre-foreclosure listing opportunities that take years to build alone. Who fits
Licensed Florida agents, new or experienced, who work their leads and take care of people. If you want a big franchise logo more than you want deals and a broker in your corner, we are probably not your shop, and that is fine.
